A matching set of Heer Signals Oberstleutnant boards, each constructed of lemon yellow wool with a rigid card stock core and magnetic metal wire internal reinforcement, topped by four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with a single gilded pip, the revere of each retaining an integral strap perforated with a
