The nose is showing cherry, cocoa, violette and roasted notes. The palate is very fruity and bright, with mineral notes. A silky and bright finish! TASTING NOTES: Deep nose of sour cherry and licorice with hints of sandalwood and savory. Impressive ripeness for the 2021 vintage, but also lovely orange zest freshness. Powerful, tense and crisp finish where the tannins are still a bit obvious.
