The wine spends 16 months in a mix of French and American oak casks
then with other distinctive fine spirits such as gin whose particular character is based on a unique production method
Bernard Baudry 'Le Rosé' Chinon Rosé, 2025 biodynamic Cabernet FrancThis wine is made of 100% Cabernet Franc. The fruit comes from young vines on several plots of flinty gravely soil. Grapes are manually harvested, then direct pressed. Fermentation occurs in unlined cement vats until the wine is dry, which equates to equal or less than 2 grams of residual sugar. As a nice complement to its dryness, the wine explodes with mouthwatering fresh strawberry and red ruby grapefruit. Enjoy it with a flavorful roast chicken
