The wine has balanced acidity and a smooth, silky texture that ends in a long and pleasant finish. After 10 20 days of fermentation on skins at 28C, the wine underwent a full malolactic fermentation, followed by aging for about a year in oak barrels. The winter preceding the growing season was warmer than previous years. As
