Fresh, supple and complex, with a precise definition of red fruit balanced by spice and terrific tannins. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 12 to 14 months and 6 months in stainless steel vats. 100% Saury French oak barrels 20% in new barrels, 40% in 1 year old
