Well integrated tannins give the wine a long, velvety finish. This Cabernet underwent malolactic fermentation before 13 months of aging in toasted American oak barrels. Growing up in a family of seven and the youngest of five brothers, nothing came easy (or without a few bruises). Even the nightly dinner table turned into a 'survival of the fittest'
