The set itself comes in great condition, but is missing a few bits. If i find replacement parts, i will update the listing and price. To find Susan and Gordon figures, a white ladder and the correct, monogrammed bed for Ernie (i have included a plain brown one). Obviously still fantastic to play with, lots to do, and i have even included a replacement set
