Crisp and refreshing on the palate, with a racy acidity and long, flavorful finish. This is a mineral wine with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and herbs. The palate is fresh, intense, and persistent. Slightly spicy Asian style dishes, sushi, ceviche, oysters, shrimp, and green salads.
