with hints of marzipan and fennel seed accenting honeyed malt

Pungent Cabernet Franc high notes of violet and tropical bitter chocolate lift black fruits and graphite on the nose

Le Mothe du Barry "Le Barry" - 2020 (750ml) Israel Nose: When you first inhaleMade from a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, all from vines older than 40 years old and completely organically farmed. The grapes and juice were fermented together for 4 weeks without any sulphur. Lots were aged for between 18 and 24 month in second fill barrels.
