Germany, Rad. A Reich Labour Service Officer’s M43 Field Cap Newly Listed Kumm became SS-Obersturmbannführer on October(Reichsarbeitsdienst Einheitsfeldmtze). An extremely well preserved Reich Labour Service (RAD) EM NCOs M43 field cap, constructed of olive drab wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side paneling, providing ear and neck protection for the wearer. Each panel flap bears an integrated cotton strap on the reverse. When not in use, the panels are secured in place at the front by dual magnetic metal buttons on the right flap meeting an equal number
