This newest twist comes from Muton's Microplants in the UK where it was discovered by two lab technicians, Barbara and Ann. Introduced to commerce by England's Park Green Nursery, Hosta 'Barbara Ann' makes a stunning clump of corrugated blue grey leaves, surrounded by a very wide, pure white border with a tetraploid look.
