Constructed of patinated bronze, the obverse bearing a raised depiction of St. Marys Church, overlaid by the coat of arms of the Free City of Danzig, itself flanked by a date of 29. VIII. 1933, circumscribed by inscriptions of OSTLAND TREUE FAHRT (OSTLAND LOYALTY RALLY) and SENAT DER FREIEN STADT DANZIG (SENATE OF THE FREE CITY OF DANZIG), perforated with three holes for rivet
