Modelled as a pretty bow, its fully set with dreamy natural pearls where a gorgeous little heart drops from the centre. A cluster of pearls cover the entire heart, where a small old cut diamond rests in the middle. Crafted in 15k yellow gold throughout, this pretty piece can be worn as intended or even as a pendant.
