Andi Weigand 2021 MTH Natural White Wine 750ml (12%) Australia Jester King SPON Rye spent100% Mller Thurgau grapes from 60 year old vines in Iphofen, Bavaria, Germany Bright fruited, textural Mller Thurgau with pithy, limey acidity Andi follows the same process for each of his whites: grapes are hand harvested, and are pressed directly in the 100 year old basket press. Juice is then transferred to wooden barrels for nine months or so before bottling unfined and unfiltered. Andi Weigand is part of the new wave of "college escapee"
