Cerro Chapeu 1752 Petit Manseng-Viognier - 2025 (750ml) Bernkasteler Badstube 8% Merlot and 2% CabernetExceptionally concentrated Petit Manseng and Viognier grapes from the Melilla estate, with maritime influence from the Ro de la Plata and clay soils with calcareous influence. It is vinified in our cellar by gravity in Cerro Chapeu and fermented in new French oak barrels for 6 months. It is then bottled with minimal handling, to preserve its fresh and complex aromas.
