VINTAGE - Shirayuki Edo Genroku no sake or on the rocks asThis unique, amber colored sake is brewed according to a centuries old recipe from the Konishi family, the oldest brewing family in Japan since 1550. This sake is a flavor bomb full of ' umami ' (hearty depth of taste and aroma), with pronounced notes of soy, caramel, figs, brown sugar, nuts and dried fruit. The Japanese name on the front label, 'Edo Genroku no sake' , refers to the prosperous and peaceful years during the Edo Genroku period (1688
