Germany, SS. A Rare Dress Uniform Brassard, with SS-VA Mark Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic Army National Merit Medal(Allgemeine SS SS Verfgungstruppe Armbinde fr den schwarzen Dienstrock). Constructed of red wool, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with black rayon tresses, bearing a central white rayon disc measuring 9 cm in diameter, in turn overlaid by a multi piece black rayon mobile swastika, the interior stamped with an SS Verwaltungsamt (SS VA) acceptance mark and date of 1936, measuring 22. 5 cm (w) x 12. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat
