Aspect: Golden orange with lovely oily 'tears' running down the glass which is a positive sign of quality. Nose: Vanilla brioche with lashings of butter, French toast, sticky caramel and lightly toasted fresh oak staves. A hint of orange marmalade bubbling in the pot and candle wax. Demerara sugar and creme caramel, toffee apples. Clean and fresh
